I’ll give them that, the vacation policy here isn’t bad at all. You can actually use your PTO without anyone giving you side-eye. They even push you to take time off, which is rare. I’ve worked other places where you feel guilty for even blinking away from your desk. That said, I’ve noticed if you’re not in the “right” team, it’s harder to disconnect. Some teams just don’t respect boundaries. But overall, it’s nice not having to beg for a week off.
