i’ve been here for a few years and honestly the training system is all over the place. you either get an amazing mentor who actually knows their stuff or you’re thrown into the deep end with a powerpoint from 2008. they promote people too fast sometimes, like straight outta college and suddenly they’re leading teams?? it’s wild. there’s definitely a lack of proper training structure, feels like management just assumes you’ll “figure it out.”
