Our contractors were included in planning meetings all quarter because they are doing half the actual build work. This week someone decided they cannot be in a roadmap discussion because of worker classification or access rules. Fine, but now employees have to repeat everything after the meeting. Does anyone know if this is a real policy shift or just local panic?
