Customers can be wildly rude and entitled. i've had people yell at me over missed sauces or their food being cold. One time, during a Saturday shift at the Chicago location, a guy threw his tray at the counter because his order was wrong. It doesn't matetr how hard you try, some just expect perfection and don't care about the chaos behind the scenes.
