Dealing with rude customers is a common issue

A woman came in on a Wednesday morning when I was working the drive-thru in Mississauga. She ordered a large coffee but changed her mind at the last second and wanted a small instead. I told her it would take a moment to change the order. She started yelling about how I was wasting her time and demanded to speak to a manager. I tried to explain it would only take a minute, but she kept cutting me off, saying she had better things to do. The line was building up and I could see other customers getting impatient. Eventually, I just processed the small coffee and handed it to her. She took it and drove off without a thank you, just a glare as she sped away. It's frustrating how some customers think they can treat you like that for doing your job.
