One location felt supportive, welcoming, and genuinely fun to work at. Another felt hostile, judgmental, and openly discriminatory. That inconsistency is a huge problem. If your experience depends entirely on which manager you get, then the company culture isn’t real, it’s random. Feeling out of place or targeted because of opinions, background, or identity should never be part of the job.
