Doing Too Much, Paid Too Little

It’s insane how understaffed we are, yet the hourly pay doesn’t even come close to matching the workload. We’re covering two or three people’s jobs, but the paycheck looks like we’re doing half a job. Overtime or not, it doesn’t feel worth it.
