during crisis... mgmt communication went ghost mode

when things got rough, mgmt suddenly stopped explaining stuff. one week it was all “transparency and clarity,” next week radio silence. everyone was confused and rumors spread fast. like dude, just TALK to us. we can handle bad news, not silence.
