I wrapped up a call last week and saw it was already 9 PM. The team had pushed back on deadlines, so we ended up working late to get everything done. It's frustrating because you hear that BAC has high expectations, but the hours can really take a toll. Some days, it feels like there's no real choice but to stay late if you want to keep up with the workload. It's just part of the culture here, and I don't think it's changing anytime soon.
