I was in Canfield last Tuesday, covering for someone on leave. After my shift ended, my manager asked me to stay an extra two hours because they were short-staffed. I didn't have a choice but to agree, even though I had plans. This seems to happen a lot, and it's frustrating to feel like they just assume you'll be available whenever they need help. I didn't mind staying once, but it's becoming the norm.
