Lately it feels like we’re all trying to steer the ship while leadership is chilling behind a curtain somewhere. Big decisions show up outta nowhere and the people actually doing the work are left squinting at each other like huh. The disconnect is wild. Feels like the folks upstairs aren’t even aware of how slammed everyone is. And when you bring stuff up, it turns into “we’ll discuss this later” which basically means it gets tossed into a black ho^e.
