One thing I will say about working at Under Armour is that they at least understand commuting pain. Free parking, parking stipends, even downtown options if you want to be close to everything. That part genuinely helps. But depending on your location, the commute itself can still be brutal. High traffic malls, downtown congestion, and inconsistent foot traffic all make the workday feel longer before you even clock in.
