Honestly, the team is amazing but leadership… not so much. Upper management feels like they’re always scrambling, making last-minute changes, and leaving everyone else to pick up the pieces. People leave and suddenly their knowledge disappears, leaving chaos behind. I love the coworkers but the management side drains the fun out of the job.
