By far the best experience I’ve had working any job since my undergrad. The people and culture make this company what it is. Your own experience may depend on your manager, but the general consensus of the younger talent at the bank is that the managers are all very understanding and patient, which makes working at a high level and under pressure much easier. Onboarding can take a long time and sometimes collaboration between the different divisions of the bank can be difficult. The company is actively working and implementing changes to address the latter. Overall, not many cons from what I can tell.
