Great culture, terrible communication

Unity promotes collaboration, innovation, and diversity. Training and perks are excellent, and employees are passionate. But leadership communication is inconsistent, decision-making is top-down, and priorities shift unexpectedly. Engineering resources don’t match product demands, and short-term stock thinking dominates. Clearer communication, accountability, and process standardization are needed.
