Unity’s coworkers are awesome, culture is great, but management… wow. Chaotic leveling systems, promotions don’t make sense, reorgs everywhere. You can get stuck mid-career if you’re not flashy or political. Amazing environment for creativity, terrible if you want stability or career growth.
