I’ll give UA credit, the health benefits are actually really good for retail. But the schedules jump around like crazy. Some weeks I’m barely getting hours, other weeks I’m suddenly slammed. And unless you’re management, full time is basically a myth. The discount is fire though so that kinda softens the bl^w.
