honestly the hybrid setup works fine for me. 9/80 schedule’s a blessing and my team’s chill, but some upper mgmt decisions feel like they’re based on whatever political flavor’s hot that month. one week it’s all “innovation,” next week we’re told to slow down cause of some global initiative?? lol.
