is anyone else getting 'strategic reset' whiplash??

We have had so many resets that I cannot tell which direction is supposed to be the new direction. Last quarter it was simplify, now it is accelerate, and somehow both come with fewer people. I am tired in a way a town hall slide cannot fix.
