Honestly I love the people I work with, some of the best folks I’ve met in retail or corporate. But lately it’s been feeling like every other month we’re hearing about another “restructure”. It’s like the company can’t decide what direction it wants to go and we’re the ones who get knocked around by it. Makes it kinda hard to feel stable even if you’re doing good work.
