I just got the severance email this morning. what blows my mind is how the same upper management who make all the bad calls never get touched. they smile in the townhalls like everything’s fine while half of us are packing up our desks. severance is “okay,” but it doesn’t really fix the feeling that the people who actually do the work are the first out the door.
