You can have amazing devs and brilliant people, but leadership? They don’t care about gaming or the product. Everything is money-driven. PMs don’t actually ship features, execs don’t play the product, and HR is just a bureaucracy nightmare. If you love building games or tech, you’ll get frustrated fast.
