Leadership makes and changes decisions regularly, imposing new expectations

last week in the Tampa office, leadership rolled out a new sales strategy. it was presented as a game changer, but it came with tighter deadlines. the team had a week to adapt or risk falling behind. during the meeting, they showed a slide with our current sales goals, but they didn't match what they'd pushed on us before. everyone was confused, no one had time to digest the info. it felt like they had just changed the rules mid-game. i watched some colleagues leave the room frustrated, not sure how to hit these new targets. after the meeting, i put in extra hours just to keep up.
