Has anyone else run into this? HR asking for a signed form already uploaded through the internal system is now being treated like normal branch work instead of a temporary mess. I like the customers and most coworkers, but the math gets weird when the expectation is more coverage with the same title. The daily version is the part wearing me down, especially when HR asking for a signed form already uploaded through the internal system gets described like a small adjustment.
