There are some amazing perks at Under Armour, like flexibility, company benefits, and a fun, college-like campus feel. But the work environment can feel extremely discriminatory, especially toward women and minorities. Leadership lacks diversity, HR is inexperienced, and opportunities for growth outside your current role are almost nonexistent. The perks are nice, but they don’t make up for the lack of fairness or inclusiveness.
