Idk if it’s lack of awareness or just vibes based planning but they keep dumping new projects on us like we’re secretly 40 people instead of 7. No check ins like hey are u drowning. Just vibes and deadlines. Half the team is burnt like toast but nobody with authority seems to notice or care.
