Honestly I walked into that review thinking I’d finally get some kind of actual feedback. My manager spent the whole time telling me how I’m “super reliable” and “basically running half the team”... then handed me the most mid rating possible. Like… why hype me up if you’re gonna mark me as average? Felt like a prank show without cameras.
