Honestly feels like the only moves available are sideways. Like “you can try this other role that pays the same and changes nothing.” That’s not growth. That’s rearranging furniture. The job is fine and the team is cool but long-term? I don’t see it unless someone above me quits, retires, or wins the lottery.
