Not all bad… but morale is low after recent layoffs

Honestly, my experience has been pretty balanced overall. Good WLB, nice team, but the recent layoffs hit everyone’s spirit. People who’d been here 20+ years got pushed out. Some got good severance, others got reassigned. Feels off.
