PwC doesn't pay OT fairly. Instead, you're handed an 'Offset' that doesn't come close to what you actually worked. Last month, I clocked over 60 hours and got nothing extra for it. It's frustrating, especially in places like New York and Dubai, where the expectations are through the roof. The workload keeps piling up, but the compensation doesn't match it at all.
