ppl here actually listen to feedback (rare!!)

been here a bit and wow… the culture’s nice. mgmt listens. they let u give gift cards to coworkers, recognize hard work, and they communicate. like real talk, no corporate bs. only annoying part is they care too much about degrees sometimes.
