PTO is fine but seasonal turnover destroys the workflow

Discount is great and PTO is okay, but the holiday turnover is WILD. Every season you lose half the staff, get a bunch of new people, and everything becomes chaos. Can't even enjoy a day off because you know they’re drowning without you.
