Remote makes or breaks this job

Honestly, working here feels like two completely different experiences depending on whether you’re remote or not. When you’re remote, the flexibility is real, summer Fridays, early logoffs before holidays, and enough autonomy to actually plan your life. That part makes Under Armour feel modern and human. But once you’re tied to a manager who controls WFH approvals or leave decisions, everything changes. Flexibility becomes selective, promotions slow down, and suddenly “work-life balance” feels more like a buzzword than a reality. If remote ever disappears entirely, a lot of people would seriously reconsider staying.
