I genuinely enjoy my job, my teammates, and the work itself, but I’m not sure I’d feel the same way without remote work. Being able to log off early before holidays, work from home, and avoid constant office distractions has made this role sustainable long-term. That said, the job is still extremely meeting-heavy. Some days it’s wall-to-wall calls, and finding time to actually do the work requires blocking your calendar aggressively. Remote helps, but it doesn’t fix everything.
