Anyone else feel like this whole hybrid/return to office thing is just a quiet way to get ppl to quit so they don’t have to pay severance? My whole team was forced to come in 3x a week after being remote for years. A bunch of us live far away and can’t make it work. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
