Some folks here are passionate but others… kinda hostile

Seen a lot of inspiring people at UA, great talent, folks who really care. But I’ve also seen egos and weird power trips. Benefits are strong but the vibe isn’t always healthy. Some teams feel like you gotta fight for every inch.
