Unity has some brilliant people, but leadership? Absolute mess. Constant restructuring, random benefit removals, poor communication, team silos everywhere. People get punished for how they give feedback, promotions are delayed or unclear, and execs chase trends instead of building long-term vision. Really ki^ls morale.
