Instacart pays poorly for the demands of the job. I've driven over 20 hours a week, often for less than minimum wage after expenses. Customer fraud is a constant issue and somehow counts against your performance metrics. It feels like the effort put in isn't remotely matched by the pay you get. This isn't sustainable for most people.
