In a meeting last week, my manager said everyone needs to hit their KPIs, which are pretty much impossible for AEs. They expect us to source 90% of our own leads while balancing client meetings and admin work. At this point, working more than 40 hours a week feels standard, and that's unsustainable. I can already see the effects on my motivation and energy. It's frustrating to think this is how things are at HUBS right now.
