I swear every time I try to use my vacation hours, someone tells me a different rule. One manager says “just put it in the system”, another says “talk to me first”, another literally ignores it til the day before like I’m asking for a kidney. What’s the point of racking up hours if using them is like sneaking out the back door of prison?
