The teams are brilliant, the culture is generally fun, but workplace safety sometimes feels like an afterthought. Managers are excellent in some areas, terrible in others. Training is inconsistent, and sometimes you feel like you’re figuring things out on your own. HR is approachable, but they’re overloaded.
