Went through the Unity interviews last month and man... the whole thing felt like the company itself was disorganized. One person told me the role was strategic, another said it was tactical, a third basically hinted the team was in a silo fight. Kinda wild. Also they kept shifting what they wanted mid-process, like they still didnt know the direction for the team. It screams why people complain about leadership over there.
