Just last week, I got pulled into a meeting in Oshkosh about the new attendance rules. They stated clearly that unless you have a medical accommodation, everyone needs to be on site three days a week. It felt a bit sudden since some of us thought flexibility was here to stay. I get the need for connection and collaboration, but for those of us who have adjusted to remote work, this feels like a step backward. It's going to take some time to adapt again to the commute and office life.
