Weekend “volunteering” isn’t really volunteering

They expect full-timers to “volunteer” for weekend work. Don’t do it enough and you’re frowned upon. Add in inconsistent WFH policies, some people negotiate full remote while others get forced into 3-day office rules. It’s unfair and demoralizing.
