I’ve worked at two other banks before this, and neither felt this disposable. Here, your value is a line item. If the numbers don’t add up, you’re gone. Tenure doesn’t protect you, performance doesn’t protect you. The only thing that feels safe here is the Compliance department. Everyone else is just surviving quarter to quarter.
