I notice so many coworkers brag about never taking time off like it’s some badge of honor. Cool man, enjoy your burnout trophy. I love the job but I love not being exhausted even more. It’s wild how “take care of yourself” is in every company email but when you ACTUALLY do it, everyone acts shocked.
