Truly good place with amazing people, but mentorship is inconsistent. Some folks are thriving, others get stuck because their manager doesn’t “get” them. One talented engineer spent over a year in limbo due to manager mismatch. Brilliant people leaving because they can’t navigate bureaucracy. Unity, seriously rethink this.
